1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be advised.

3. Delivery is charged at the published rate for UK addresses. Deliveries outside the UK will be charged at the rate for the agreed delivery method.

4. Deliveries will normally be made within 5 business days. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available.

5. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account when your purchase is despatched. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

6. All products are supplied on a "firm sale" basis and can only be returned if notified as damaged with 24 hours or are found to be imperfect.

7. In the unlikely event that your book/s is lost or damaged in transit please contact us telephone or by e-mail. In the case of non-delivery please wait 10 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

If your book is found to have publishing faults we will exchange it for a fresh copy, or if you prefer, refund your money (your book should still be in new condition).
